01 Acceptance of Terms

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds change in real time and the odds at confirmation — not at the time you clicked the market — are the final odds.

• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt b939's systems, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer repeatedly.
• Laundering money or using b939 as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b939 support staff or other platform users.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

b939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not the subject of a dispute may be returned after a review period, at b939's sole discretion.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting b939 support.
